Flexible service & maintenance packages for environmental test cabinets

At Unitemp, we have an in-house maintenance team who are able to calibrate your environmental test chambers, make repairs and upgrades to existing systems. We are able to offer a regular maintenance contract to ensure you get many years from your equipment.
All our Engineers have been trained by Espec Japan and have many years of experience. Our Engineers can offer OEM servicing for your environmental equipment with OEM spare parts.
We provide a choice of flexible service agreements for your systems and equipment which deliver a level of maintenance to suit your requirements. Our service calls cover the checking of electrical components, mechanical engineering, refrigeration and various PC driven control systems.

We provide the following:

• All refrigeration system pipework and condensers will be checked together with all pressure switches and thermostats.
• Leak checks that comply with F Gas Regulations are also undertaken.
• Comprehensive strength pressure tests are carried out to comply with company insurance policies on pressurised systems, and motors and compressors will have all current and meter readings logged.
• Thorough humidity system checks are undertaken and cover the checking of sensors, pipes and connecting hoses, all float switches and heaters and tanks are cleaned where required.
• Detailed electrical checks covering terminal connections, motors and heaters for current load, contactors, relays, safety overloads and MCB’s.
• All readings are supported with detailed service reports following the service visit, together with any recommendations requiring further attention.
